Bridlewood Blend 175 Wine (2012)

Bridlewood Blend 175 is a wine from California’s central coast. Blend 175 gets its name from 175 tastings the winemakers went through to before blending the perfect wine that embodies the vast Central Coast appellation. The final blend is made up of predominantly Zinfandel, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. This blend has a dark color. On the nose it has notes of cherry and dark fruits and spices. It is medium to full bodied and is an easy drinker. This dark blend with its fruit flavors and soft tannins and lingering finish are a great wine for any occasion.

Roca Patron Silver is a premium Mexican tequila with a 45% ABV. This quality tequila is made from the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave and roasted in small brick ovens for 79 hours and pressed by a two-ton volcanic stone tahona. The tequila is beautifully crystal clear. On the nose it has a fresh citrus aroma. On the palate it is earthy and sweet with notes of black pepper, cooked agave and citrus. It ends with a complex finish. Overall a great tequila and worth checking out.
