Pinot Noir
This Pinot Noir has a nice ruby red color. On the nose there is a fruity aroma with notes of strawberry and raspberry. On the palate it is elegant, with fruity flavors much like the aroma with nice notes of oak. There is a nice complexity on the palate with a soft finish. This is a very nice, smooth and light wine to drink. A great wine to have with pasta dishes especially ones featuring tomato sauces. It is also great with Belgian milk chocolate or blue cheeses.
Pinot Grigio
This Pinot Grigio has a nice floral aroma with notes of pear. On the palate there are lovely notes of citrus, melon and tropical fruits. It has a refreshing acidity that is very easy to drink. A great white wine to have when pumpkin carving or making Halloween cupcakes and treats.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Vampire Vineyards’ Cabernet Sauvignon has a nice burgundy color. It is a full-bodied wine with an aroma filled with blackberry and dark cherry. On the palate it has flavors rich in grapes and berries and oak but, it is not sweet or too dry, a nice balance. The oak lingers in the finish. This wine is produced in small-lot fermentations, then aged with Oak. This gives the wine its rich varietal flavors. A great wine to enjoy with dinner or on it’s own.
