Liquid Assets – Fine Wine & Spirits, 995 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston, RI 02920 will be hosting a Bell’s Beer tasting on Friday July 20th between the hours of 4:00pm and 6:00pm!

Bell’s Brewery began with a 15-gallon soup kettle, a quest for better beer and countless batches of homebrew. The passion and personality that began Bell’s continues today through their breweries and Eccentric Café. Bell’s continues to grow and evolve, dedicated to their mission; to be fiercely independent, 100% family owned, deeply rooted to their community, committed to the environment and brewers of inspired beer.

Beers to be sampled include:

Kalamazoo Stout
Named after the city where it all began, Kalamazoo Stout is one of Bell’s most classic recipes. This smooth, full-bodied stout offers a blend of aromas and flavors of dark chocolate and freshly roasted coffee, balanced with a significant hop presence.

Oarsman Ale
Tart and refreshing, this sessionable, bright Wheat Ale exudes citrus and lemony aromas from Cascade hops and trades sour intensity for finesse. A perfect companion for any occasion, Oarsman Ale is a beer based in tradition, but with that distinctive Bell’s twist.

Two Hearted Ale
Brewed with 100% Centennial hops from the Pacific Northwest and named after the Two Hearted River in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, this IPA is bursting with hop aromas ranging from pine to grapefruit from massive hop additions in both the kettle and the fermenter.
Perfectly balanced with a malt backbone and combined with the signature fruity aromas of Bell’s house yeast, this beer is remarkably drinkable and well suited for adventures everywhere.

Oberon Ale
Oberon is a wheat ale fermented with Bell’s signature house ale yeast, mixing a spicy hop character with mildly fruity aromas. The addition of wheat malt lends a smooth mouthfeel, making it a classic summer beer. Made with only 4 ingredients, and without the use of any spices or fruit, Oberon is the color and scent of sunny afternoon.

Brockmans Gin

Liquid Assets will be hosting a Brockmans Gin tasting on Saturday July 21st between the hours of 4:00pm and 7:00pm!

Brockmans Gin
Brockmans unique recipe of naturally grown aromatic botanicals are steeped in pure grain spirit for many hours to release their natural oils and aromas. The more traditional notes of gin are combined with a refreshing influence of citrus and aromatic wild berries. Bulgarian coriander plays its part, providing an aromatic, gingery orange top note. This blends perfectly with the soft and rounded harmonies of blueberries and blackberries, all of which is supported by the bottom note of Tuscan juniper berries. Dry, bittersweet Valencian orange peel elongates the deeper tones and gives an intensely smooth finish.
